OUR MANAGEMENT SERVICES FEE IS 50% OF THE FIRST MONTHS RENT AND 10% OF MONTHLY RENT THEREAFTER.

 

TENANT PLACEMENT SERVICES

·         We market your rental property through MLS.

·         We run a generic rental ad in the Florida Today newspaper every weekend.

·         We personally escort prospective tenants through the rental property.

·         We process all rental applications with a credit, employment, criminal, eviction, pedophile and landlord check.

·         We negotiate and provide the lease for the rental property.

 

TENANT PLACEMENT FEE IS 100% OF THE FIRST MONTH’S RENT.
