International Collection
Building on our international position in the real estate market and on our referral network, the ERA Showcase International Collection is a strategic program for the luxury home market. This service offers upscale marketing options to buyers and sellers. By including high end listings in the International Collection, we can offer our clients increased geographic exposure, networking activity and a targeted marketing program that is specifically designed for these significant properties.
While certain properties are undeniably luxurious and appealing to an exclusive clientele, regional variations in real estate values mean that defining luxury homes strictly by listing price does not reflect market realities. Therefore, the International Collection has been created with three luxury home categories, each suggesting a customized approach to meet the unique characteristics of that niche. In other words, the listing price of a property may ultimately guide to what type of marketing plan will work best. The categories below provide an initial structure by which to market a home.
International Level
Homes at the International level are unquestionably unique properties. These are the homes and estates of true distinction, attracting both a national and an international audience. Typically these are homes priced at $1 million and above.
Premier Level
At the Premier level, homes are in the top 10% of their market, with a minimum list price of $200,000. This level is for properties that are distinctive in their local and regional markets, and would have a marketing approach reflecting this.
Historic Level
Homes in this category are truly unique, one-of-a-kind listings with historical significance. The criteria for this category include the home's age, generally 50 years old or older, and distinct characteristics. The original historic integrity of the home must be pure and intact. An association with an historical person or event is also a possibility.
