At ERA Showcase, our goal is to promote and provide effective real estate training to our sales associates - training that helps boost productivity and profitability for all members. We are continually updating methods and programs by which to deliver training that reflects that of today’s technology and the growth of the real estate market. We now offer a wide variety of training programs, both traditional and virtual.
Our management team holds weekly sales meetings to share new information and update our sales associates about what is happening with both ERA Showcase and in the real estate market. We want are agents to be fully informed, so they can provide the best quality service possible to their buyers and sellers. In addition, numerous other seminars are offered throughout the year!

It includes a measure of one's present satisfaction with one's roles, either vocational or social. It measures the strength and contentment necessary to maintain one's motivation in spite of obstacles or setbacks.
MOTIVATION
This is a composite of six internal and external motivators. It measures a person's attitude toward meeting other's needs, having money or material possessions, being given status recognition, desiring personal growth and development, the importance of goals and ideals, and the need to feel that one is a valued part of a team.

ERA Showcase classes are held in the branch offices, as well as our home office. We have made the investment in a Career Development program dedicated to training and developing agents to succeed in the Real Estate industry. We are centrally located at 101 S. Courtenay Parkway, Merritt Island, FL.

SUCCESS TRAK FOR STARTERS
New agents at ERA Showcase are afforded a startup training program that prepares them for success early and provides for continued growth in the early years of their career. It is delivered by the ERA Showcase Training Team who are dedicated to seeing agents attain their own level of success. Our Career Development Center is a valuable resource for sales associates.
The 60-hour Success Trak program focuses on such areas as:

E-CAMPUS
We also have available internet based training programs designed for both new and experienced agents. This training is available 24-7 and allows for agents to train at their own pace. Courses available range from company specific classes to computer courses--you can even earn designations through this format of training.
SPECIAL FORCES
For the experienced professional ERA Showcase offers a Special Forces program. This is a fast-paced, intense learning experience devoted to increasing an agent's production by helping them to go beyond the limits of possibility into what they may have previously considered impossible. Agents who graduate from this training, see a significant increase in their business production after attending.
